Hotels Barnet

Clayton Crown Hotel

152 Cricklewood Broadway, London NW2, UK – 020 8452 4175

too warm, the air-con was set at 21.07. during warm weather it was too warm. after 2 complaints a manager found me a fan. windows do not open no view(wall outside room) left the room very dark sink did not empty, even after this was reported to reception. the room was very spacious and it was clean and very good value for money. £320 for a family room for 3 nights for room only. also nice friendly staff

I attended this hotel for a family wedding in one of the smaller suite rooms. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and couldn't do enough to help! An extremely enjoyable experience. The bride and groom utilised all of the 1st floor staircase and open area.

The Hide London

230 Hendon Way, London NW4 3NE, UK – 020 8203 1670

Good modern hotel in a good location. Very close to the underground. Friendly staff and good breakfast. The room was spacious and the bathroom comfortable. Altogether a very good choice. Only negative is the lack of enough parking spaces for all tenants. Better book a parking space in advance.

Small hotel but very clean and convenient for our business in London. Amenities were a nice surprise, such as the mini bar drinks (non alcoholic) being complementary. Staff were very friendly and helpful in all aspects. Room was fair size and the bed was very comfortable. The chocolate in the room and l'occitane products for the bathroom were also very nice.

Hendon Hall Hotel

Ashley Ln, London NW4 1HF, UK – 0845 072 7448

Hotel looks quite grand and there are some very nice details in the rooms. It feels old, in a good way. The rooms could have been cleaned and dusted better. The bar was not stocked particularly well. However, for the price I'd say it was overall positive and I would stay here again.

We have stayed several times before and just love the hotel, the staff are so lovely always helpful and friendly so we were very sad to learn it is closing in October. We did feel the wonderful breakfasts have already gone and were just average which was a disappointment. But understandable as is closing. Barry a new member of staff was just so kind and helpful I have to mention him as he couldn't do enough to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Also the lady in the dinning room whose been there for thirteen years, difficult name! She was very welcoming and we were sad to say goodbye to her.

Travel Super Market search and compare prices for hotels all over the world. Could also be useful for you. I This said I was told by a hotelier that the way to get cheap rooms is to ring up the week before and ask for the weekend rate. You can usually get an absolute bargain as they will trying to book all the rooms that they have not sold! Could be worth a try!

Barnet Pubs, Gastro Pubs and Bars

The Old Bull & Bush

N End Way, Hampstead, London NW3 7HE, UK – 020 8905 5456

First visit and would highly recommend. Service and food was Spot on. Home made soup lovely. Nice deco. Outside eating or drinking area. Radar key disabled toilet. 10/10

My local. Love this place. Very nice but pricey

The Freemasons Arms

32 Downshire Hill, Hampstead, London NW3 1NT, UK – 020 7433 6811

A fantastic place for food or drinking, as a couple or more. But little social intercourse if your on your own. Not a particularly friendly crowd as a rule. But a plus note. If you like fish, the sea bass and cod is out of this world!

Sitting outside has a cosy atmosphere you will always find a place to sit even during busy periods...food is great quality.. The far end of the garden is right next to bins so plenty of wasps and a bad smell avoid this side of the garden pub.

The Wells

30 Well Walk, Hampstead, London NW3 1BX, UK – 020 7794 3785

I’ve been going here for over 10 years, in my opinion one of the best places to eat in Hampstead (very little competition however). Seasonal British food well executed. Feels more like a restaurant that a traditional pub, if it’s a pub to brink you’re looking for probably better to try somewhere else (although on a hot day the few benches outside are very nice). Request the dining room upstairs to eat, downstairs can get fairly loud.

This place is very much a gastropub. The food is excellent though definitely at one of the highest prices in the area. Drink range isn't great but is at least at a more sensible price. Only a small corner by the TV is not seating for diners. The WC is far better than any other pub in the area.

Great place! Cozy, clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful people. The location is also very good, only a 5 minute walk to lots of eating places and stores.

This is a really nice web site with lots of great information about London and all the places to see and how to get to them. It has a vast amount of data about all the london boroughs and other Hotels and bed and breakfast guest houses.

Martel Guest House

27 The Ridgeway, London NW11 8QP, UK – 020 8455 1802

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary. It’s in a nice area located not far from a tube station. Phil is a lovely man and the housekeeper is friendly. The room was clean and homely. I enjoyed my stay and will stay here if I visit London again.

Good place to stay in town. Clean and in a safe area. I will certainly go back there again.

Anchor Guest House /Hotel

10 W Heath Dr, London NW11 7QH, UK – 020 8458 8764

The room was small but cozy, breakfast could`ve been better, for example scrambled eggs were almost cold, but the service was fiendly and I liked that they had europlugs.

Good value for money, only £80 with breakfast and car parking include, pity the air-conditioning was not working in our room.
