After searching for years for the right hair stylist in London, I am so happy I found Renata. I will never go anywhere else! She is professional, patient, and listens to her client's needs. If you are a blonde and need your colour done, look no further! She does my highlights and I'm always extremely happy with them. The colour is vibrant, natural looking, and grows out nicely so I can go a bit longer in between appointments. Her salon is lovely and chic and her staff are always friendly and professional. It's well worth travelling to Hampstead, even if you live far away from the area like I do. She's also quite flexible with appointments and will try to fit you in if she can. You really do feel like she cares about you as her client. I couldn't ask for a better salon experience and highly recommend Renata Jon.

Great company. Had a problem with my dash camera and the guy I spoke to was friendly and extremely helpful. I had lost the receipt for my camera and didn't know what to do with it. On ringing through the guy I spoke to seemed to know the problem I was having straight away and promptly sent me out a Sd card which I received two days later and solved my problem with my dash camera. Booked my Vauxhall Insignia in to have it checked out for loss of power. From booking it in over the phone for the workshop to dropping off car and picking up once done, staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. The staff checking my car in explained the whole process and told me I will be updated on the progress of my car, which they did later the same day. Car returned with fault codes cleared, road tested and is running fine. Satisfied customer!

Staff are always welcoming and friendly! Station in pristine standards and food on shelves are well presented, have never seen anything beyond expiry date.

Boots here is also like its counterparts in bel size park polite well trained extremely helpful and professional ....unlike that awful awful pernicuous incompetently patronizing staff at boots in golders green where no one has any inclination whatsoever to assist you.... This boots is perfect and has enough products for me..... Shame golders green on a Saturday is empty when everywhere else is busy..... But that says customer have deserted that boots because their shop is unfit for purpose.... Boots here and besize park however absolutely brilliant

For years I've had problems finding trousers that fit me properly - and I've been to various independent stores, without success - until I just went to Gold's. For example, both M & S and Meyer (NOT cheap) 42" waist are baggy round both my flat bum and the front. Eddie's approach was brilliant when faced with this problem. He recommended I try a 40" waist and have their tailor let the waist out by 1". Success - bought two pairs, one cheaper polyester, one wool-mix, which fit nicely and immediately got my wife's approval. They have also solved the problem of the elder-person's tummy; until now I've had to buy jackets of 46" short, which cover my bulge but are really too big around the shoulders. Gold's solution:- Jackets for the "Portly" figure - big enough for the front paunch but fit round the shoulders. Brilliant! So I bought a lovely jacket for about one third of the pre-sale price - a bargain that fits. Eddie & Sam clearly know their business and, more importantly, how to dress their customers! Highly recommended!

Good place to go for men's clothing. I found the shop too small and sparse on range. Don't get much assistance when you want it. But the quality of the clothes is good and the prices aren't steep. This shop is ideal for those looking for slim line or skinny look.

Staff were friendly, got exactly what I needed. Was a bit frustrating that the men's changing room was closed and the member of staff in the area wanted to stay inconspicuous as if he wasn't staff (I couldn't tell, no uniform, standing away from till and not asking if I needed help). I tried my clothes on in the main shopping area as a result but got some really fantastic t shirts at a great price. Staff at till were nice. Spent £70. Free parking in Brent cross.

Owning one of Claudio’s shirts is like owning a classic car or a rare breed of dog. You rarely see another one in the wild but when you do, you nod at each other in respect for their impeccable taste. Between my wife and I, we’ve got maybe 5 shirts, 2 jackets and a waste coat or two. Every day you get to wear one feels special… and they’re not mad expensive either. I wear them to work most days and they’re really hard working. Thoroughly recommended. Maybe go a size up as they can tend to drop a size after a year of washes. If you do manage to get to the showroom, make sure you only take the money you intend to spend with you. It’s very tempting to buy everything…

Ordered a Bamboo/cotton Top and Bamboo socks, very pleased with them. A Perfect fit the top stretches, no pulling at seams, lightweight very comfortable and at the end of the day still feels fresh. The socks are the best, naturally breathable, very comfortable highly recommend. Fine pieces of clothing well worth the money.

I was given a beautiful blue Patra silk scarf as a gift recently. It is light and soft and I wear it with numerous outfits, day or night. It makes a lovely accessory on my handbag, when not worn, and I have received many compliments from friends and family.

Superb service. Dell Studio 15 is 8 years old, was incredibly slow and battery life was at about one minute. Took it to Puyan as received blue screen. Laptop was ready within three hours, at a very reasonable and discounted price. Not only was the laptop completely fixed, it is now working at a speed as if it is brand new, with a vastly improved battery life. He was happy to talk through the fixes he implemented and give advice on future maintenance. Extremely happy with the outcome, and would warmly recommend based on my experience.

This ‘Little gem” in Temple Fortune is a real find. For a small shop they stock the most amazing range of gifts I’ve come across. I found all the dinner, birthday and a wedding gifts I needed in one full swoop. Fair prices and great service with a smile! Will definitely be back.

The quality is ok, but the prices are extortionate. I know it is Highgate (ish), but if you can go a bit further then I would recommend it

I had to admit, I was nervous to go to a place that also serves trade, as I was unsure of exactly what I needed and I thought I'd be a bother. But the people working there are absolute professionals and really helpful.

Heavily recommended - from initial contact with the office through to the work being completed to a very high standard: Professional, courteous, and efficient at every stage. The electrician called ahead when he was on his way, arrived when he said he would, addressed a number of issues we needed resolved and explained exactly what he was doing and why at each stage. Even cleaned up before leaving. Delighted with the finished work, and all at excellent value for money. Great service

Before you go anywhere else for your furniture, head for this place! They have some brilliant furniture in here for unbelievably great prices. Yesterday I bought a wonderful comfy 'double-seated' chair for £25 and a solid wood drop-leaf table for £30! Lovely, helpful staff and no problem taking my dog in. They have a really wide range of products all at very reasonable prices. As you'd expect with a charity shop it's very hit and miss what you might find there, so well worth popping in every now and then to see what you can find. All the items are very reasonable and they often have a 'sale' on. They will deliver but they do charge for this and prices start from £25 - prices are based on your postcode. If you're looking for good quality furniture for a reasonable price it's well worth a visit.

Iris are friendly & generous from my experience. They are even open on Christmas Day and also provide flowers for people visiting the nearby cemetery.

Absolutely amazing experience with Galton Flowers. I received some sub standard flowers from elsewhere on my wedding anniversary and panicked. Local Delicatessen making fresh pasta on site daily. Superb selection of home made sauces to accompany the pasta. Saturday is Ham on the bone made in their kitchen and also to die for home made traditional polpette(meatballs). Too many other things to list go along you will not be dissapointed.

Lovely little local deli. They have fresh ready made pastas you can take home and heat up, sauces, desserts, meats, cheeses, wines and lots more. Service with a smile!

Me and my mother needed a lot of help. The reason I am giving 5 out of 5 is not becuase of the corporation Holland and Barrett...but and ONLY but because of the wonderful gentleman who served us, and his name was Sam...Sam was mine and my mums saviour, he checked every single item we needed (and knew exactly where every single item in the shop was so we did not have to time waste) as made sure everything and anything that was needed was delivered to us through Sam’s kindness and LOVE. Thanks Sam and becuase of you me and Mum will be back to holland and Barrett’s. It’s nice to know that in this day and age kind souls like Sam are there to help!

I’m so impressed with the service I have received from Ernest Jones Brent Cross. I ordered a watch online due to be delivered to the Brent Cross branch after three days which fell on a Saturday when I needed it. I then received an email on Friday to say the order had been cancelled as they were out of stock and had to be sourced from a different branch which would take a week to reach Brent Cross. I was informed that a member of staff would call me to let me know once it had arrived so I could go and purchase the watch if I still wanted to buy it. I emailed customer services back to express how disappointed I was and that this was a surprise birthday present and I needed it for Saturday. I also informed them that I had a broken foot so I couldn’t go out and look for a new present and it was too late to order anything online. Sure enough a few hours later somebody named Lisa from the Brent Cross branch called me to say she was going to personally pick up the watch from another branch and bring it back to Brent Cross ready for my partner to pick it up on Saturday. I found out later that she did this on her day off! She managed to get me the watch I wanted in time to surprise my mum for her birthday! The watch wasn’t massively pricey either which just shows great customer service and going above and beyond to keep customers happy regardless of how much they spend! This has ensured that I only shop from Ernest Jones when it comes to purchasing jewellery and watches. Thanks very much.

The only licensed doggy daycare in the area. Dogs are treated with love, kindness and care at all times. The shop is cleaned many times daily using defra approved products. License obligations are regarded with the upmost respect and unscheduled checks are regularly carried out by the City of London Animal Welfare authority and Barnet Council. This is a business of quality and integrity.

They cater mainly for horses, but have a selection of food and accessories for other pets too. I buy haylage and other food for my goats and layers pellets for my chickens. The staff are always helpful and the prices are decent.

Although at first everything seems so expensive but they do indeed have very high quality clothes and helpful staff. Very busy store.Difficult to get hold of staff member but when you do really excellent service. My Son is very fussy about his football boots but they were patient with him and after trying on 5 pairs we found right pair. Great value for money as much cheaper than branded stores in Oxford Street. Happy to recommend

We used Swish Sports again this year(2016) to order 27 supporter shirts for this years Army V Navy game. The design & order process was very easy to follow. The shirts arrived as promised & as per the design & order. Swish Sports store the badges, icons, artwork, etc, for reuse as required. We will use Swish Sports again.

A lovely hidden gem in London. It is very quiet and has a spectacular view overlooking heath. This is must go place if you like gardens and if you are in London. Just enjoy the beautiful hill garden and make sure you don't spoil the quietness in here. I recommend this place. Thank you.

This is a beautiful hidden gem that deserves more attention (but I secretly hope it remains quiet so as to not become overcrowded!). Not only is it secluded and peaceful, but the architecture is amazing. It doesn't matter what time of year it is; it looks beautiful. It's definitely worth a visit!
